Shipping destination and origin

Paw terys currently ships online orders to addresses in the United States only. Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong.

Order processing

Orders require 3–5 business days to process before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing begins on the next business day after an order is placed and is separate from transit time.

Transit and estimated delivery

Estimated transit time is approximately 10 business days after dispatch. The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 13–15 business days from the first business day after the order is placed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, customs review, peak periods or an incomplete address.

Shipping cost

  • Orders with a merchandise subtotal below $89 USD: $9.99 USD flat-rate shipping.
  • Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $89 USD or more: free standard shipping.

The merchandise subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes. The complete shipping charge and any applicable sales tax are displayed before payment. Paw terys does not add undisclosed shipping or handling charges after checkout.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from Hong Kong to the United States. Any customs duty, import tax, brokerage charge or similar government or carrier fee that is not collected at checkout is the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the $9.99 shipping rate unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipment confirmation containing tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking can take several business days to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly at vinc2nt94@gmail.com if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us with the order number so that we can investigate with the carrier. Paw terys is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance with carrier investigations.
